1. Personal License (Non-exclusive)

Our Personal License is designed strictly for private, non-commercial use. This license allows you to use the design for personal projects, private social media accounts, and any non-revenue generating purpose.

• Usage: For items that are NOT for sale.
• File Supplied: A hi-resolution flat JPEG or TIFF file is provided.
• Production Limit: Use is limited to non-commercial purposes only.

2. Commercial License (Non-exclusive)

Our Commercial License (Standard Tier) grants you a non-exclusive right to manufacture and sell End Products based on the design, suitable for small businesses and limited production runs.

• Usage: Create and sell tangible products such as apparel, homeware, stationery, and merchandise.
• Production Limit: Up to 500 units/items/metres of the final product for sale.
• File Supplied: A fully editable, hi-resolution, layered Photoshop PSD or Illustrator Vector AI / EPS file is provided for maximum customization.

3. Commercial Unlimited License (Non-exclusive)

Our Commercial Unlimited License (Extended Tier) is perfect for brands needing large-scale production and commercial freedom. This non-exclusive right allows for mass-market release with no volume limitations.

• Usage: Create and sell tangible products (clothing, merchandise, etc.) with no restrictions on product type.
• Production Limit: Unlimited units/items/metres of the final product for sale.
• File Supplied: A fully editable, hi-resolution, layered Photoshop PSD or Illustrator Vector AI / EPS file is provided.

4. Premium License (Exclusive)

The Premium License offers the highest level of commitment and exclusivity. This tier grants your company or brand sole, exclusive rights to the design globally.

• Exclusivity: The design is immediately removed from the ARSCOR site upon purchase and will never be resold to anyone else.
• Usage: Full rights to create and sell unlimited physical products.
• Production Limit: Unlimited units/items/metres of the final product for sale.
• File Supplied: A fully editable, hi-resolution, layered Photoshop PSD or Illustrator Vector AI / EPS file is provided.
